If two teams tie for best record in a Senior Circuit league, a three-game playoff will be played following the close of the regular season. The games will be played on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (if necessary). The team with the home field advantage will host Games 1 & 3 (if necessary). The Senior World Series will then start on Thursday (regardless of whether or not a Game 3 is played).
Usage Rules
The three-game playoff would be considered part of the regular season. Expanded rosters would remain in play for these games. Usage for non-unlimiteds would be increased to 112%, provided that the player had not already exceeded 110% entering the playoff.
